How big is your batch?
Fits up to 4 mockups and 50 designs. 2 day delivery.
Before you order.
Do you provide the mockups?
No. You send the PSD mockup files you want to use, and I place your artwork into them in bulk. That way the images match your brand and the mockups you already chose.
Will my mockup files work?
Most likely. They need a spot built in where a design can be swapped, which is standard on mockups made for selling products. If you're not sure, send one over before ordering and I'll check.
How is an "image" counted?
One design placed in one PSD mockup is one image. Basic covers 2 mockups × 25 designs (50 images), Standard 4 × 50 (200), Premium 6 × 100 (600).
When does the delivery clock start?
When all required files and instructions are in. Basic delivers in 1 day, Standard and Premium in 2, and custom batches in 3 days or on an agreed timeline.
What if my artwork doesn't fit the mockup's shape?
Designs are never stretched. They're centered and sized to fit, with a little trimmed off the edges only if needed. If a design is a very different shape from the mockup, I'll let you know instead of forcing it in.
